I agree that I meet all the requirements provided hereunder for the Miss Aseatic India 2024 Event (“the Event or the Pageant”). The Event will be organized and managed by Euphorism Ventures Private Limited (“the Company”).
Eligibility and Personal Declarations:
○ I declare that I am a natural and biological woman.
○ I am of good health and moral character.
○ I declare that my date of birth is correct.
○ I declare that at the time of submitting this application, I am at least 18 years old and not a minor.
○ I declare that the information regarding my height is correct.
○ I declare that I am not involved in any criminal case.
○ I declare that I have no pending issues with the management of any other pageant or contest.
○ I agree that I am not under contract with any person, firm, or corporation with respect to my present title nor have I made any legal obligations that would prevent my appearance or participation in the international or state competition.
Health and Well-being:
○ I declare that I am medically fit and do not suffer from any physical ailments.
○ I declare that my psychological condition is good and stable; I do not suffer from depression or take any medication for mental health issues.
○ I declare that I will personally manage any food allergies or medical conditions I may have and will not hold the Company management responsible for them.
Marital and Pregnancy Status:
○ I declare that I am not currently married or pregnant.
Language and Communication:
○ I declare that I can communicate well in English / Hindi in addition to my mother tongue
Legal and Conduct Declarations:
○ I declare that I have never been arrested or convicted of any crime under the relevant laws of any country.
○ I declare that I have never modeled for any sexually explicit or pornographic materials.
○ I declare that I shall adhere to all the Pageant rules and regulations upon acceptance.
○ I declare that I shall report any inconvenience or grievances to the Company.
○ I declare that I shall not provide any press release or interview about the Pageant to the media without the written consent of the Company.
○ I declare that I will follow all rules and regulations and accept that the decision of the Management on any issue or dispute shall be final.
○ I declare that I am not suffering from COVID-19 or any other respiratory or infectious disease.
○ I declare that I shall always maintain proper etiquette and the acceptable and appropriate decorum pursuant to submitting my application for the Event.
○ I declare that I will not use the power and influence of any of my known relatives or close associates or any relationship to impact the selection process.
○ I agree that the time, manner and method of judging shall be solely within the discretion of the Company and its organization staff and the decision of the judges will be final.
○ I will not consume alcoholic beverages, or publicly smoke while in sash during the course of the Pageant. The use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
