As these are service-based offerings, no physical products are shipped.


2. Registration Fees

  • All registration or participation fees paid on the website are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Once a candidate successfully registers, the seat/entry is reserved and cannot be transferred.

3. Cancellation Policy

a) By Participant

  • If you cancel your registration after payment, no refund will be provided.
  • Requests for cancellation must be sent via email.

b) By Organizer

  • If the event is canceled by Miss Aseatic due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive:
    • A full or partial refund, OR
    • An option to transfer the registration to a future event

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Technical error resulting in multiple charges
  • Event cancellation by organizers

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after registration
  • Failure to attend the event or audition
  • Disqualification due to violation of rules
  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete information
  • Delay due to participant’s personal reasons

6. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

7. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • In some cases, alternate methods may be used based on feasibility.

8. Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days
